Spray foam application
We utilize a closed cell polyurethane spray foam.
Polyurethane spray foam is a fully adhered monolithic membrane that provides significant insulation and waterproofing for your home or business.
We apply spray foam to existing roofs needing additional protection and waterproofing, primarily on low slope roofs.
We can also apply this system to building interiors as an alternative to traditional fiberglass insulation at an improved insulation rating of R-6.9 per inch.
Roof Coating Systems
We provide an array of diffrent coating systems that can be applied over existing roofing material or in combination with our spray foam solutions to ensure a durable, long lasting, low maintenance membrane to protect and extend the life of your existing roof.
Acrylic Coating: The application of this coating will provide UV and weathering protection over your new or existing spray foam roof. By itself it provides weathering protection and heat load reduction to existing roof's extending their life.
Urethane Coating: This Coating is a solvent based with a higher solids content than acrylic coating; resulting in a higher level of waterproofing protection and a higher tensile strength while still providing the UV protection and heat load reduction you find with acrylic coatings.
Silicone Coating: Silicone coatings are a high solids content waterproofing coatings that provide longer lasting protection than other types of coatings as they do not suffer degradation due to oxidation
